VOLUNTEER ROLES
We’re looking for help in the following areas:
• Marketing and promotions
• Game ticket sales and game booths
• Crowd control and guest flow
• Stage management and performer support
• Info desk and guest services
• Vendor and workshop support
• Volunteer hospitality
• Set up, tear down, and clean up
• Safety spotters
• Runners and “wild card” crew for wherever help is needed
Every role is essential to creating a safe, seamless, and sensational experience for everyone attending.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Volunteers must be 21 or older with valid ID
- Shifts are typically 3 to 4 hours each
- You may sign up for multiple shifts if available
- Orientation details will be sent before the event date
- Positive energy and teamwork required, fun provided

Q: Will there be a volunteer orientation?
A: Yes. Orientation details will be emailed to all approved volunteers before the event. It will cover expectations, dress code, check-in, and your role for the day.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable clothes and shoes are best. You’ll receive a volunteer T-shirt to wear during your shift. Bring layers and weather-appropriate gear since this is an outdoor event.
Q: Can I enjoy the event when I’m not on shift?
A: Definitely. Once your shift is complete, you’re welcome to enjoy the performances, vendors, and entertainment for the rest of the day.
