Event Terms & Conditions
(Dreamy Chick Events™)
By purchasing a ticket to any Dreamy Chick Event™, you agree to the following:
🎟️ Tickets
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by Dreamy Chick Energy LLC.
- Tickets may only be purchased in person or via dreamychickenergy.com.
- Tickets obtained from any third-party or reseller will not be honored.
- All events are 21+ unless otherwise stated. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
🕒 Event Start & Entry
- Event doors open 1/2 hour before listed start time
- Events begin no later than 15 minutes after the listed start time.
- No late entry will be allowed after this grace period.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
👑 Conduct Expectations
- Disrespectful, rude, disruptive, or overly intoxicated behavior will result in removal without refund.
- Guests must treat fellow attendees, staff, and the venue with care and respect.
- Dreamy Chick Energy LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
🎥 Media Release
By purchasing a ticket and attending a Dreamy Chick Event™, you irrevocably grant Dreamy Chick Energy LLC permission to record, use, and publish your image, voice, or likeness captured in photos, video, or audio during the event. These materials may be used in marketing, promotions, and commercial content in any format, without compensation or further notice.
There will be no opt-out or on-site notice. If you do not wish to appear in event media, please do not purchase a ticket.
📩 Communication
- You may receive event-related information by email. Please ensure the email provided during checkout is accurate.
- The number of tickets sold will not be released to anyone who is not the venue, co-host, or partner of Dreamy Chick Energy LLC prior to the event. This includes ratios of demographics.
General Refund & Return Policy
🎨 Art & Event Space Bookings
- NO refunds on commissioned artwork.
- NO refunds for event space reservations once a contract is signed, unless cancelled by Dreamy Chick Energy LLC.
📦 Product Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Select health and personal care items
🧾 Return Process
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send returns to the manufacturer.
- Returns outside of 30 days or in unsellable condition may qualify for partial refunds only.
💳 Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines vary by financial institution.

🎁 Gifts
- If marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the purchaser.
📬 Shipping
- You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- If returning high-value items, consider a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance.
